  • We are a B2B executive search firm, which means our Clients (Companies) engage with us on specific hiring needs. Our service is to deliver a slate of incredible humans, and guide them through a process of uncovering the best possible fit for a role. We do not work in a “job placement” capacity.

  • We are a boutique agency that leads a limited number of searches, so the chances that we have something that’s YOUR perfect role at this exact time is statistically low. We do encourage you to keep tabs on our active searches HERE and if you feel called, submit your resume below. We frequently post helpful information on LinkedIn, so please feel free to engage there. When we do engage with you, you can be sure it’s something special!

  • We are not career transition specialists. Our clients retain us to fill extremely specific, niche roles requiring industry knowledge and expertise. That’s not to say you should give up! We suggest learning as much as you can about the industry. Some ideas: reading NewHope publications, attending industry seminars and events, researching companies and trends, and checking naturalindustryjobs.com

  • The majority are Director level through C-suite, and across functions: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D/Product, Quality, People.
